Today, I played 'The Dice of Ideas'.
This activity helps you to broaden your vision, to break boundary of thinking and to find new ideas.
There is no right or wrong answer for the question, so you are free to express yourself!

These two exercises brought me to the following 'customer Journey'
Customer Journey: The engagement of customers with one another, with a company or a brand. The initiative for engagement can be either consumer- or company-led and the medium of engagement can be on or offline.
The next step is to work on 'Customer Touch-Points' and 'Service Blue Print'.
