Unit 4: Decision Making

Dividing brands based on the leadership and products (business performances).

Some brands are ++ /+- / -- / ??

We need to pick one of the '--' brands and comapre with and learn from the '++' brands.

We finally chose Marks & Spencer. It took us 3 weeks to decide. What we need is a decision making skill!

Good leadership Vs. Management
We talked about Steve Jobs, who were a good leader of Apple. All I want to know is that if all the employees at Apple are happy with their working circumstances and condition. Obviously, a good manager is different from a good leader. I belive a good manager is like parents who are raising children.
