Ice LP Record from Shout Out Louds: The Ice Record Project

This is a promotion record from Shout Out Louds for their new album 'Blue Ice'.
The LP record is made out of ice instead of plastic, and there are only 10 boxes available, which are given to selected fans and press.
It is a great experiment to promote the album.

Seoul Design

Long overshadowed by its neighbours, Seoul's creative community is flourishing as a new generation of designers, artists and entrepreneurs develop projects from product design to theatre spaces. Monocle's Gabriel Leigh travelled to the South Korean capital to meet some of the people leading the charge.

Most liveable city: Zurich

For a small city, Zürich’s 50 museums, theatres and concert halls are a subtle hint that there’s more than beautiful architecture, clean living and stunning scenery in Monocle’s favourite city of 2012. A strict corporate culture with a village-style feel that means Zürich is a microcosm of a well-balanced city that larger neighbours could learn from.

The Johnny Cash Project

The Johnny Cash Project is a global collective art project, and we would love for you to participate. Through this website, we invite you to share your vision of Johnny Cash, as he lives on in your mind’s eye. Working with a single image as a template, and using a custom drawing tool, you’ll create a unique and personal portrait of Johnny. Your work will then be combined with art from participants around the world, and integrated into a collective whole: a music video for "Ain’t No Grave", rising from a sea of one-of-a-kind portraits...

StreetMuseum iPhone app

The Museum of London has launched an iPhone app which cleverly brings its extensive art and photographic collections to the streets of the capital...

The free app, called StreetMuseum, has been developed with creative agency Brothers and Sisters and makes use of geo tagging and Google Maps to guide users to various sites in London where, via the iPhone screen, various historical images of the city appear - just like in the image above.

London Treasure Hunt, February 2012

The beginning is always fun.
Reminding myself how much fun I had with exploring London for the first shool assignment. I even enjoyed a strong wind blowing along the Thames and me fighting against to walk straight.
Was fun!

The Cool Hunter: Drink Away The Art

Forget about wandering through an art gallery and wondering if you’re the only one who has no idea what anything means. Acess Agency has brilliantly invited the cultural elite to grab a glass at an exhibition in Dresden, Germany, and drink away the art.

Regardless of what we do or do not understand about art, we can all agree, it stimulates our senses.  Access has aroused our sense of taste (not to mention eliminated the need of elbowing our way to the bar) by hanging flat, glass containers with a variety of cocktails in the exhibition space. As the night progressed, the levels of the multi-coloured infusions diminished. By the end of the event, the art, itself, ran dry, and empty drinking glasses were returned to where they were originally placed. - Andrew J Wiener.
